I've never even heard of it. How do you make it?

Kinja'd!!!

So simple..........add egg, oil and water. There is a whole line of Ghirardelli brownie mixes, and they are all fantastic.

Mix up a batch of extra runny brownie batter (just extra water could do the trick) and pour/spread it thin on a cooking sheet. Bake until the batter sets up. Cool and break up.

Then break into pieces, place in zip lock bags and sell on the corner to unsuspecting chocoholics.

(You can purchase Brownie Brittle in the states... Not sure if they offer it commercially outside the US yet.)

These are better than anything I ever made from scratch. Just remember..........don't overcook them. They are supposed to be moist and gooey.
